Eggless Choco Chip Cookies
Choco chip cookies is my son’s favorite cookie. He likes everything in chocolate flavour. One day I tried this cookie for him. It came out well and taste was awesome. He told me that it was very nice. First time I tried with little quantity for trial. He asked me why you made little quantity?. I was very happy to hear these words from him. He is the judge of all my recipes.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Baking time - 15 minutes
Yields - 16 cookies
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Castor sugar - ½ cup
Choco chips - 1/3 cup
Butter - 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence - ¾ tsp
Baking soda - ¼ tsp
Baking powder - ¼ tsp
Milk - 1 tblsp
Method:
Beat butter and sugar together till light and fluffy. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder and sieve it.
Add flour, vanilla essence and milk to the butter sugar mixture and mix lightly to make a smooth dough. Add choco chips and mix gently.
Take the dough in the table spoon and put it in the greased tray. Put all the dough like this. Press it with a fork.
Preheat the oven 170 degree for 10 minutes. Bake the biscuit in 170 degree for 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container. Serve as a tea time snack.
Note:
This quantity will give 16 cookies.
Keep an eye while baking or else it will be burn in the bottom.
Take the dough in the table spoon for same size.
Temperature and time will vary according to your oven.

U have not added any cocoa pwd inchoco chip cookies then how the colour is brown
