Strawberry Cheese Cake
Strawberry Cheese Cake is an eggless recipe. No need to bake also. It is a rich dessert. I made this recipe to post on valentine’s day. Because of urgent work I had no time to post on that day.

Strawberry Cheese Cake Ingredients:
Nutri choice biscuit - 8
Butter - 2 tblsp
Strawberry -20
Sugar - 4 tblsp
Curd - 1 ½ cup
Condensed milk - ½ cup
Gelatin - ¾ tblsp
Water - 2 tblsp
Strawberry Cheese Cake Method:
Hung the curd in clean cloth for 4 hours. Grind nutri choice biscuit in a mixie. Melt butter and add to the biscuit and mix it well.
Take round lock n lock 700 ml plastic box. Line it with plastic foil. Put the biscuit in the box as the first layer and press it tightly with the backside of the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator.
Add hung curd and condensed milk in a bowl and mix it well. Grind strawberry with sugar. Add ¼ cup strawberry puree and stir well.
Add gelatin in a small bowl with 2 tblsp of water and melt in double boiling method. Add ¾ of the quantity to the curd mixture and stir it well with a whisk.
Pour this mixture over the biscuit layer and again keep it in the fridge. Add remaining gelatin to the strawberry mixture and mix it well.
Pour strawberry puree over curd mixture and refrigerate for 6 to 7 hours to set. Then carefully take out of the bowl and remove the aluminium foil.
Decorate with strawberry and serve chilled.
Note:
Setting in the refrigerator before every layer is necessary else the layer will mix together.
1 ½ cup curd will give ½ cup hung curd.
I boiled and added little diluted condensed milk to strawberry puree so the colour changed. You need not do all these things. You can use it fresh puree.
