Dry Fruit And Nut ladoo
Dry Fruit And Nut ladoo is a sweet recipe as well as a health recipe. It contains just natural ingredients as sweetening agent ( Dates). Also it contains dry fruits and nuts. This is very good for children as evening snacks.Even the kids who do not like dry fruits or nuts will take this without knowing that it contains dry fruits or nuts.
You can include any types of dry fruits and nuts and refrigerate and use for about a week or ten days. Try it out.

Dry Fruit And Nut ladoo Ingredients:
Dates (seedless) - 15 (1/2 Cup)
Fig - 10 (1/2 Cup)
Raisins - 50 ( 1/8 cup)
Cashew - 25 ( 1/4 cup)
Badam - 35 ( 1/4 cup)
Pistachio - 50 ( 1/4 cup)
Ghee - 2 tblsp
Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
Dry Fruit And Nut ladoo Method:
Chop fig and dates. Add fig, dates and raisins in a mixie and run few seconds in whipper option.
Dry roast badam, cashew and pista.
Grind the nuts coarsely in the mixie (whip Option).
Heat ghee in a pan and add ground dates and fig mixture and stir few seconds in a low flame.
Add ground nut powder and cardamom powder and mix it well.
Make small balls.
Note:
Grease the plate with ghee and press the mixture evenly and cut into cube also.
Use 2 tablespoon honey also.
You can keep it outside for five days. After five days you can refrigerate.
