Vegetable Sandwich
My son is a great fan of sandwich. One day when I was not feeling well. He tried to make sandwich. He took veggies from the fridge and started to cut the vegetables. He asked me to take snaps also. I was surprised to see he chopped all veggies finely. The only thing I did was put chilli powder and salt and then I took photos for my blog. Sandwich came out well. He was very happy, I also. Because he didn’t do any thing even fill his water bottle too.

Ingredients:
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 20 minutes
Serves - 3
Wheat Bread slices - 6
Butter - 3 tsp
For veg masala:
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 1
Carrot - 1 small
Green chilli - 2
Coriander - 2 tblsp
Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Method:
Chop all the veggies finely. Heat oil in a frying pan and add green chilly, onion, carrot and tomato. Saute well.
Then add red chilli powder and salt and cook till done.
Put bread slices in the plate and spread butter over it. Spread veg masala over the butter. Take another slice bread and spread butter over it .
Keep this slice over the veg masala and serve.
Note:
If you want you can roast it in the dosa pan or you can keep it in the sand wich maker too.
You can add any veggies of your choice.
You can add grated paneer or grated cheese too.
You can add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste also.
Add ¼ tsp garam masala powder too.
