Mushroom Sandwich
Mushroom sandwich is a healthy and easy snack. We can make it with the easy available ingredients. I have already posted pepper mushroom recipe. Pepper mushroom goes well with idly, dosa, chapati and parathas. It is used as a filling of rolls and wraps.

Mushroom sandwich Ingredients:
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 20 minutes
Serves - 4
Bread slice - 4
Mushroom - 200 gms
Onion - 1
Garlic flakes - 6
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Ghee - 3 tsp
Method:
Heat dosa pan in the stove and put the bread slices. Add ghee on the sides of the bread. Turn gently and cook both sides well.
Spread mushroom over the bread and close with other slice.
Cut diagonally and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Note:
If you want you can add tomato while sauting.
You can add small onion also.
You can make it in the sandwich maker also.
You can use butter instead of ghee.
If you want you can cut the edges of the bread also.
