Mango smoothie is a modified form of mango ice cream. It is a easy version of mango ice cream. Heat produced by mango is cooled by milk and curd. You can also freeze the smoothie and take.
Mango Smoothie Ingredients:
Mango - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Fresh curd - ¼ cup
Sugar - 4 tsp
Ice cubes - 5
Mango Smoothie Method:
Peel and cut the mangoes. Reserve few pieces for garnishing. Add mangoes, little milk, curd and sugar in a mixie and blend well.
Add remaining milk and blend again.
Serve chill with ice cubes.
Note:
If you want mango stick, you can fill this smoothie in the popsicle mould and freeze it.
Adjust sugar according to your taste.
