Mango Sago Pudding
Mango sago pudding is an easy dessert. We can make it in just 30 minutes if all the ingredients are ready. The only thing is to cook the sago in good texture. Then mix all the ingredients. Mango season will come to an end soon. So I am posting this recipe in a hurry or I have to wait one year to post. Am I boring you. Let us see how to make Mango Sago Pudding
Preparation time - 1 hour (for soaking sago)
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serves - 4
Mango Sago Pudding Ingredients:
Mango Puree - 1 cup
Mango chopped - ¼ cup
Sago(Javvarisi) - ½ cup
Sugar - 3 tblsp
Milk Boiled - ½ cup + ¼ cup
Condensed milk - ¼ cup
Mango Sago Pudding Method:
Rinse the sago well to remove excess starch. Soak it with enough water for about half an hour to one hour. Boil water in a bowl and cook sago till transparent.
Then wash the cooked sago in the cold water and drain the water and keep aside. Peel the mango and blend it along with sugar and milk.
Add boiled and cooled milk in a bowl and add mango puree. Mix it well with a whisk.
Add condensed milk and mix. Add sago and mix thoroughly.
Finally add finely chopped mango and serve chilled.
Note:
Cook sago carefully or else it will become mushy.
Add sugar according to your taste.
