Last year I book marked mango kulfi and kesar pista kulfi recipe to make. But unfortunately the mango season ended. First i tried kesar pista kulfi. It came out well. This mango season I tried mango kulfi in the original kulfi mold.  It did not come out neatly. Next time I tried it in another mold it will come neatly. My son enjoyed and ate two at a time. He said super ma.
Let us see how to make mango kulfi

Mango Kulfi

Preparation time - 20 minutes.
Freezing time - 8 hours
Serves - 4
Mango Kulfi Ingredients:
Milk - 1 ¼ cup
Condensed milk - 1/3 cup
Sugar - ¼ cup
Corn flour or milk powder - 1 tsp
Mango pulp - ½ cup
Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
Saffron - few
Pistachio - few for garnishing
Mango Kulfi Method:
Add sugar in the milk and boil up to it reduced into half. Mix milk powder in little water without lumps. Add it to the milk and boil.

Add condensed milk and boil for about a few minutes. Add saffron and cardamom and switch off the stove. Allow it to cool for some time. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Blend it well in the mixer. Add it to the milk and mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Fill it in the kulfi mold and freeze it for 8 hours. After 8 hours show the mold in the running water.

Serve with chopped pista and saffron.

Note:
You can add any nuts of your choice.
You can add the nuts in mango milk mixture also.
Add sugar according to your taste.
Don’t add corn flour more. It will spoil the taste.
