Sweet corn Sundal
Another easy sundal recipe for Navaratri. No tension for forgetting to soak. You can directly cook and make sweet corn sundal within ten minutes.
Sweet corn Sundal Ingredients:
Sweet corn Kernels - 2 cup
Coconut – 3 tblsp
Mustard – ½ tsp
Urad dal – ½ tsp
Red Chilli – 2
Curry leaves – few
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Masala powder – 1 tsp
For the masala powder.
Red chilli – 3
Bengal gram – 1 tablespoon
Coriander – 1 tsp
Dry roast in a pan and powder it in a mixie.
Sweet corn Sundal Method:
Cook sweet corn with salt. Drain the water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal, red chilli, asafoetida and curry leaves one by one.
Then add cooked sweet corn, grated coconut and masala powder and mix well.
Note:
Sprinkle little water and cook in the micro wave for 10 minutes.
If you want you can add masala powder or else leave it. Make plain sundal.
