Nellikai Thayir Pachadi

Nellikai Thayir Pachadi
Nellikai is known as Amla in Hindi, Gooseberry in English. It is rich in vitamin c. It is good for diabetic people. Regular intake of nellikai controls blood sugar level.
Last year Pudhiya Thalaimurai TV channel came and ask me to do two recipes in nellikkai. I did nellikkai thuvaiyal and nellikkai pachadi. At the end of this recipe i attach the video.
Though Amla is considered nutritious many find it difficult to consume them especially when it is unripe. It is very sour and no one can take more than one or two. Today we will see some easy, useful and tasty recipes out of this Nellikai.
