Black Jamun Apple Smoothie is a purely diabetic recipe. Black jamun comes only in June, July and August. It is good for diabetes. Don’t throw away the seed. You can dry in the sun and powder it. Regular intake of this powder will control the blood sugar level.
Black Jamun Smoothie Ingredients:
Black Jamun - 10
Apple - 1
Lime - ½
Low fat curd - ¼ cup
Black Jamun Smoothie Method:
Deseed Black jamun. Peel and cut the apple. Add black jamun, apple and lime juice in a mixie and grind it well.
Then add curd and blend for a few seconds.
Serve chill.
Note:
Other than diabetics can add sugar according to your taste.
You can add little water to dilute the juice.
Without sugar also the smoothie will be very tasty.
