Black jamun Juice Ingredients:
Black jamun - 10
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - pinch
Mint leaves - for garnishing
Water - 2 cups
Black jamun Juice Method:
Deseed the black jamun. Add black jamun, lime juice, sugar and salt in a mixie and blend it well.
Add water and again blend in the mixie for few seconds.
Refrigerate the serving glass for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle salt in a plate.
Dip the edges of the glass in it. Pour the juice in the glass. Garnish with mint leaves. Add ice cubes and serve chill.
Note:
If you want the juice clear light pink colour, allow it to settle down and serve.
If you like sugar sprinkle sugar in the plate and dip the edges of the glass in it.
