Avocado is called as Butter Fruit in India. It is green during its tender stage. When it is ripe it turns into black purple colour. If the fruit is ripe then the outer cover (peel) can easily be peeled off. This fruit is good for diabetes. It tastes like tender coconut. I tried this for the first time. When I got this fruit it was green in Colour. I kept it in the rice drum to ripe. It took one week to ripe. First i thought how it will taste. But the taste is very good. So you can try and enjoy the taste.
Guacamole Canapes Ingredients:
Dip Canapes - 20
Oil - for frying canapes
For Guacamole Dip:
Avocado - 1 ripe
Onion - ½
Garlic clove - 1
Tomato - ½
Green chilli - 1
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Lime juice - 3 tsp
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Guacamole Canapes Method:
Peel avocado and mash it well. Chop onion, garlic, tomato, green chilli and coriander finely. Squeeze the lime and take 3 tsp. Add mashed avocado, chopped vegetables, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix it well. Deep fry canapés in oil.
Fill guacamole dip in the canapés and serve.
