As I was telling you in my earlier post on Homemade Paneer about the cutting waste, while cutting the paneer squarely, here is a recipe to use that cutting waste Paneer.
In other
words it is called Bhurji in Hindi meaning scrambled or crumbled. If you have
missed my post on homemade paneer you can CLICK HERE and see how to make
Homemade Paneer. As Homemade Paneer is always better, nutritious and tasty, I
prefer making Paneer at Home. You can also try, it is simple and tastes good.
It is economical too.
Paneer
Bhurji is an ideal recipe to go along with Bread or any Indian main course. In
North India it is usually taken in the morning along with bread, especially in
regions where more milk and milk products are consumed, like Agra, Madhura,
etc,.
You can make
this on the go and it tastes wonderfully well.
Kids would love to eat, either morning or evening as breakfast or
snacks.
Come let us get
started.
