Kambu, is also known as Pearl Millet in English and Bajra in
Hindi is a widely grown and widely eaten millet in the World. Kambu is grown
mostly in Southern Africa and the Indian Sub continent. Kambu is the plant that
grows and flourishes in alkaline soil, poor soil in drought hit high

Kambu Pakkoda Ingredients:
Cambu flour (Pearl millet)
- 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Onion -
1 big
Green chilli -
2
Coriander - 1/4 cup
Oil -
for deep fry
Water -
1/2 cup
Kambu Pakkoda Method:
Mix all the ingredients. Add water and knead in to a smooth dough.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Make the dough in to tiny bits and deep fry in the oil. Serve with chilli sauce.

Note:
If you add more water the pakoda will not come properly so you can add water little by little to knead the flour.
If you want you can add finely chopped ginger.
