Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie / Summer Recipes
Recently I joined this shhhh cooking secret challenge. In that for the month of April Mayuri patel teamed me up with Sharanya Palanishamy. We both conversed on face book and she gave me kiwi and walnut. I made a smoothie with that . I also added my frozen strawberry for a smooth texture and flavor. This secret challenge is one of the best ideas I have come across. This helps us to join hands with a lot of people and also helps us to make new recipes and friends. Many more should join and enjoy the experience.
First I served smoothie in a bowl, I am not satisfied with that. So I transferred into the glass.
Now let us see how to make Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie
Preparation time - 20 minutes
Cooking time - no
Serves - 2
Ingredients:
Kiwi - 1
Strawberry - 4
Walnut(chopped) - ½ tablsp
Curd - ½ cup
Sugar - 2 tablsp
Mint leaves - 2 for garnishing
Method:
Peel kiwi and cut into slices.
Add kiwi slices, strawberry, curd and sugar in a blender and blend well.
Garnish with walnut and mint leaves.
Note:
You can add any nuts off your choice.
You can add kiwi alone.
