Falooda Popsicle / Rose Falooda Popsicle
Falooda popsicle is in my to do list. Last summer I made
Rose falooda and falooda popsicle. I was lazy so I did not post last year. Now
I found falooda and falooda popsicle in my draft. Soon I will post falooda
recipe. It is very easy to make at home.
Now let us see how to make falooda popsicle
Preparation time -
30 minutes
Freezing time -
overnight
Yield -
4 popsicles
Ingredients:
Boiled milk -
1 ½ cup
Sugar -
3 tablsp
Rose syrup -
1 tsp
Sabja seeds -
2 tablsp
Jelly -
¼ cup
Vermicelli -
2 tablsp
Method:
Cook vermicelli in 2 cups of water and strain it. Prepare
jelly as per the instruction given in the pack. Add sugar and rose syrup to the
milk and stir well. Add water to the sabja seeds and soak it for about 20
minutes.
First add jelly in the popsicle mould. Second Sabja seed.
Add
cooked vermicelli. Finally add rose syrup milk and freeze it in the freezer for
about 8 hours or overnight.
Show the mould in the running water and remove
carefully and serve.
Note:
Cook vermicelli carefully. Mine is over cooked.
I used strawberry flavored jelly.
First you can prepare all the things and then arrange in the
mould one by one.
