Cantaloupe Ice Lollies / Muskmelon Mini Popsicles
All of my friends ask me where did i got the popsicle mould? So this
idea came . Every home we have ice tray. So we can make popsicle with that. This summer is too hot so I tried various popsicle. Cantaloupe ice lollies were very tasty. Ice
lollies are the mini version of popsicles. Cantaloupe is also known as musk
melon. Now it is the season for musk melon. Musk melon is good in many health
aspects.
Now let us see how to make Cantaloupe Ice Lollies
Preparation time -
10 minutes
Freezing time -
6 to 8 hours
Serves -
4
Ingredients:
Muskmelon -
2 cup
Sugar -
4 tablsp
Lemon -
half
Method:
Peel and deseed muskmelon. Chopped into cubes. Add muskmelon
and sugar in a blender and blend well. Add lime juice and mix thoroughly.
Fill it
in the ice tray and wrap with aluminium foil. After one hour you insert
toothpick and freeze for about 8 hours or overnight.
Show the ice tray in the running
water and serve immediately.
Note:
Add sugar and lime juice of your taste.
You can make ice lollies with any fruit.
If you don’t have popsicle mould or ice tray, you can use
small bowl or small eversilver tumbler.
