Sakkaravalli Kizhangu Poriyal

Sakkaravalli Kizhangu Poriyal Ingredients:
Sakkaravalli Kizhangu - 1
Red chilli - 1
Curry leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard - ¼ tsp
Urad dal - ¼ tsp
Sakkaravalli Kizhangu Poriyal Method:
Cut sakkaravalli kizhangu in to round pieces. Cook sakkaravalli kizhangu with salt in the pressure cooker for one sound. Drain the water.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add mustard, redchilli and urad dal.
When they crackle add curry leaves and add cooked sakkaravalli kizhangu and stir well and serve.
Note:
You can add green chilli instead of red chilli for seasoning.
If you want you can add grated coconut also.
If you want you can cut into small cubes.
