Dry Fruits Fudge
Dry Fruits Fudge is a quick dessert which can be made in just 10 minutes with easily available ingredients. I saw this recipe in Indian Curries. It came out well and the taste was good.
Dry Fruits Fudge Ingredients:
Banana big -1
Badam - 5
Cashew - 5
Tutty fruity - 2 tblsp
Coconut grated - 2 tblsp
Dry Fruits Fudge Method:
Peel banana and chop into thin rounds. Soak badam in hot water and peel the skin. Chop badam and cashew in to small bits.
Mix badam, cashew and tutty frutty and banana. Roll it in the grated coconut and serve chill. Serve with ice cream or without ice cream as per your wish.
Note:
You can add any fruit of your wish.
Use fresh coconut.
If you want you can make it small balls. Then roll it in grated coconut and place it in the small paper cups.
You can grind badam and cashew coarsely and then mix it with tutty fruity and banana.
