Orange Banana Smoothie is a highly nutritive drink for school going children. It gives energy. It is a good breakfast drink also.
Orange Banana Smoothie Ingredients:
Orange chunks - ½ cup
Curd - 3 tblsp
Milk - ¼ cup
Sugar - 3 tsp
Ice cubes - 4
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
Orange Banana Smoothie Method:
Peel orange and banana. Take ½ cup of orange chunks. Cut banana into thin slices.
Add banana, orange, sugar, curd, ice cubes and vanilla essence in a blender and blend well. Add milk and again blend. Serve chill.
Note:
You can add ice cream instead of milk.
