The mangoes are sweeter after mid of May. So we can try more recipes with mangoes. First I make this simple Mango Milkshake recipe. Mango produces heat to our body. So as to avoid the heat we can add milk.
Mango Milkshake Ingredients:
Mango - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cup
Sugar - 5 tsp
Ice cubes - 4
Mango Milkshake Method:
Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Add mango, sugar and little milk in a mixie and grind.
Then add remaining milk and Ice cubes and blend well.
Garnish with mango and serve.
Note:
Add milk and sugar according to your taste.
