Chapati is a easy recipe. It is good for health. It is go well with all subzi's and with pickle also. It is a good diabetic food..
Water - ¼ cup
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Gingelly oil - 1 teaspoon
Chapati Method:
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl except gingely oil.
Add water little by little and make a soft dough. Make the dough into small balls.
Roll the balls into chapati using the rolling pin. Cook both sides of the chapati in the iron tava or non stick pan well.
Serve hot with subzi.
Note:
You can knead the dough in large amount and store it in the fridge for a week.
To avoid the stickiness of the dough add oil .
