Tandoori Mint Chutney Ingredients:
Mint - 4 tblsp
Coriander - 4 tblsp
Green chilli - 1
Curd - 4 tblsp
Salt - to taste
Cumin Powder - 2 pinch
Tandoori Mint Chutney Method:
Clean and wash coriander and mint. Grind coriander, mint, green chilli, curd and salt in the mixie.
Then add cumin powder and mix well.
Serve with paneer tikka, chicken tikka or tandoori chicken.
Note:
If you want tangy taste you can add one teaspoon lime juice.
If you want too hot you can add one more green chilli.
