Ginger Garlic Paste Ingredients:
Ginger - 1 cup
Garlic - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Water - 1tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste Method:
Peel ginger and garlic. Wash the ginger and wipe with the kitchen towel without any moisture. Add ginger, garlic, one teaspoon oil and salt in the mixie and grind.

and grind till done.
Put it in the air tight container and keep it in the
refrigerator for about 15 days to one month.
Note:
Chop ginger and garlic finely so
that it can be grind easily.
You can store it in small containers & use it for a long time.
