Paneer sandwich is a normal recipe where a filling with paneer is made which is exactly like Paneer bhurji and is filled inside to bread slices and toasted in a bread toaster or sandwich maker.
It tastes too good and will tempt you to cross your dieting policy.
Here goes the Paneer Sandwich
Paneer Sandwich Ingredients:
Crumbled paneer - 200 gms
Capsicum - 1
Spring onion - 2
Green chilli - 2
Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Sandwich bread - 1 pocket
Ghee, oil - as required
Paneer Sandwich Method:
Chop onion, capsicum, spring onion and green chilli finely.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chilli, spring onion and capsicum and sauté till onion become transparent. Then add all powders one by one and sauté till the raw smell goes.
Finally add crumbled paneer and mix well and cook for about 5 minutes. Take the sandwich bread and cut the edges. Spread paneer masala over the bread and close it with another slice.
Then put it in the sandwich maker.
Spread little ghee over the sandwich and close the sandwich maker till done. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
