Aval (Poha) Pori Urundai Recipe/ Karthigai Pori Urundai

Pori Urundai

Pori Urundai is otherwise the Puffed Rice Ball made out of puffed rice and jaggery syrup. As we were seeing earlier, during the Karthigai Deepam time these sort of recipes are made to offer to God during that day.

Many Foods like Vada, Pongal, Payasam, Nei Appam, Pori urundai etc are usually made and offered to God. As the Karthigai Deepam is fast approaching, it is time for us to see how usually Pori Urundai is made. Though these sort of stuff are readily available in the super markets, it gives immense pleasure when we make it ourselves.

Now let us see how to make Aval Pori Urundai
