Red Coconut Chutney Ingredients:
Coconut - 1 cup
Fried gram(pottu kadalai) - 2 tblsp
Red chilli - 3- 4

Garlic cloves - 2
Tamarind - tiny bit
Salt - to taste

For Seasoning:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp

Curry leaves - few
Red Coconut Chutney Method:
Grate the coconut. Peel the garlic. Grind coconut, red chilli, pottu kadalai, tamarind, garlic and salt in a mixie with required amount of water.
Heat oil in a Tadka
pan(thalikkum karandi) and add the seasoning. When they crackle, add to ground
chutney and serve with idly or dosa.

Note:
Use ginger instead of garlic.
